The right fit for this role is a hands-on materials scientist or engineer, with experience in academic or commercial research. The ideal candidate has experience selecting materials and designing experiments, as well as working hands-on to conduct those experiments, processing material and preparing samples. You are effective at working collaboratively and independently, can self-manage and are willing to fully own the projects you’re responsible for.
