Sales Associate

AI SpaceFactory is a NASA-partnered, multi-planetary building company, developing large scale 3D printing technologies for Earth and Space applications. The right fit for this role is a motivated sales associate with a proven track record in sales of industrial equipment, machinery, or consumer electronics. The ideal candidate is an intelligent communicator, relentlessly courteous, tech-savvy, and passionate about robotics and 3D printing. You are effective at working collaboratively and independently, can self-manage, and have the ability to shape a rewarding customer experience through all phases of the sales pipeline.

** This is a part-time position with a commission-based pay package with an opportunity to convert to full-time employment with benefits**

What you’ll do:    

• Grow customer base and foster relationships with customers, providing ongoing sales support and handling service issues 

• Maintain detailed profiles on all customers and potential or targeted businesses 

• Follow-up on incoming sales leads 

• Business-to-business cold calling 

• Develop a firm knowledge of the product and services 

• Ensure company policies, safety policies, and work processes are followed and are in compliance 

• Build great network/connection with buyers 

• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed 

What you have:  

• 1-3 Years’ experience in relevant sales with a proven sales track record 

• Experience with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline

• Understanding of the industry, customers, and competition

• Excellent networking capabilities and communication skills
